To View Leads you need to update:
Click Opportunities in CRM Menu > Click Advanced Filters in Top Left > Set Status = Open > Set Created = Last 90 Days
This will allow you to see everyone that needs marked as Won, Lost, or Abandoned depending on their situation.
If a lead is marked as WON - They are automatically removed from sales reminders. ALWAYS put full contract value - so you know what clients are expected to pay, versus only entering payments as they go and your team having to constantly reconcile reports.
If a lead is marked as LOST / ABANDONED - They are automatically removed from reminders.
Abandoned = They are a completely invalid lead we have no interest in pursuing in the future.
Lost = They booked and no showed or lost interest, can't afford, have an insurance issue, or some other reason but otherwise would be a good local lead.
If a lead is TAGGED "DQ" - They are automatically removed from all reminders and notifications.
If a lead is TAGGED "PIF" (For Paid in Full) - They are automatically removed from all reminders.
If a lead is STUCK in OPEN for 90 Days (not marked as won, lost, abandoned) then the system will automatically move them to Lost, with the reason "Went Cold"
General Rules of Thumb:
No one should be Open if they've booked any type of appointment. They should be:
Won (Came in and bought care care-plan)
Lost (Did not come in, or Came in, Bought Offer, Did not buy care plan / spend more than the offer for some 'Lost Reason')
Abandoned (Unsubbed, terrible fit, too far, DQ, not worth chasing or reactivating ever again.)
No one should be Open or WON with only $47 Value or whatever the [Offer Value is], they either:
WON: And spent more than the offer on a plan.
Lost: Stopped at $47 and gave a reason not to continue.
Abandoned: Stopped at $47 and we decided they weren't a fit.
